TANKER FEATURES FOR MATERIAL SAFETY

Tanks are made of 3.5 / 4 / 5 & 6 mm thickness. Stainless Steel 304 & 316 sheets.
All the tankers are fitted with VTS (GPS) devices for Tracking the vehicle
22 mm thickness SS Rods for central locking, engaged with all manhole covers to the Valve box for one-touch locking, and in addition, each and individual locking provisions in all manhole covers as well as the Valve box for the safety of material.
Tank ancillaries such as Manhole covers, dooms, Valve box covers, and safety railings are made of stainless steel & the catwalks are made of perforated GI / SS sheets to prevent rust while washing the tanker. The Mudguard is also made of a GI Sheet for a long life. The double-handled ladders are provided on one side for the elevation of the crew's safe movement from bottom to top. Material delivery Pipeline, flanges & gate Valve are also stainless steel.

95% of tankers are permitted to travel all over India
The valid RTO Permit documents folder, Suraksha Certificate, and Tank Fitness Certificate are available in all vehicles.
OEM Cabin and Non-OEM Cabin tankers match with HSE Compliances
70% of tanker are Insulated with a Heating coil facility for melting the high viscosity material to make free flow while unloading.
