Initiative to Reduce Carbon Print
Our ongoing endeavor for an eco-friendly environment and a better tomorrow
- We are providing BS VI-compliant vehicles, which have an additional iltration system in the silencer that uses AdBlue (commonly known as urea) to ilter the smoke before releasing it into the air, reducing air pollution. AdBlue is used along with Diesel, and this will help reduce the carbon in the air, thereby reducing the carbon footprint and making the world safer for tomorrow.
- By using higher-capacity tankers wherever possible, we aim to reduce turnaround time, resulting in fewer trips and a reduced carbon footprint. This will also save time for both companies during loading and unloading, leading to reduced manpower hours. Additionally, this approach will decrease surface transport, resulting in fewer vehicles on the roads and less wear and tear on tires. This will also reduce the tyre skids on the road.
- Our tankers are made of Stainless Steel (SS) 304 & 316 grade with a 3.5mm thick shell and 4mm thick dish end, using SS, 2B inished, Cold Rolled by Jindal Steel Ltd, this provides increased strength, improved surface inish, and tighter tolerances. Tanks made of SS keep the material safe from contamination (Rust particles, water moisture) as there is no corrosion as compared to Mild Steel (MS). In case of any vehicle incident on the road, the tanker can withstand minor impacts compared to HR SS (hot rolled-stainless steel), preventing material leakage and affecting the environment (soil contamination).
- Every part of the tanker is made of SS, including the pipelines, dome cover, side guard, and platform to avoid any rust particles falling on the ground. We provide perforated GI catwalks on both sides and elevated safety railing for the safe movement of crew on top.
- The mudguards are made of galvanized aluminium sheets to avoid rust and are easy to clean.
- We use Polyurethane Paint (PU paint), a specialized coating made from polyurethane materials. It's tough and shiny, giving the tanks a strong, long-lasting inish and making them look smooth and glossy. PU paint offers excellent adhesion, UV resistance, and protection against wear.
