As the vehicle punch the card for fueling in any BPCL Pump a sms will sent to Logistics Head Mobile No. so that vehicle traced its location.
By login to above site we are getting Transaction History of each and every vehicle.
FAST TAG (fastaglogin.icicibank.com):
As the vehicle cross toll gates the Logistics Head will receive the sms from Fastag department so that vehicle is traced.
By login to above site we could download the each and every vehicle toll booth payment, so that we could find that the vehicle is moved on the pre-defined route.
HAPPY SMART CARD (www.happay.in) :
An ATM card given to all drivers which is tied up with HDFC Bank. Wherever Driver withdraws the money the statement will be generated and we could find the location of driver.
PHONES CALLS:
Directly calling to drivers mobile phones.
Contacting to the Security Gate of companies in case it found vehicle reached but driver phone showing switched off.
Calling to Border Agents.
The fleet is equipped with GPS for vehicle tracking, which also tells the speed and over speeding of the vehicles, Route and halt of the vehicles, making it possible to monitor the driving.

2nd alternate way of tracking through Diesel Fleet Card, Whenever driver fill the fuel we get sms from BPCL server so the location of vehicle identified.
The third alternate way of tracking is Fast Tag. A kind of Sticker stick in front windshield of vehicle. As it cross the toll gate automatically payment will be done and we receive the sms from their server.
